As Corporate Director of Marketing for Point Hospitality Group, implemented branding, positioning, strategic marketing, and creative direction for this wellness-focused boutique hotel group and their new lifestyle experience brand, SPOKEN. Six properties are located across California, Arizona, and Utah, most notably the newly reimagined Flamingo Resort, the Sandman in Sonoma County, CA, and Sky Rock in Sedona, AZ.
FLAMINGO RESORT: Refined brand identity and messaging with new creative, video, photography, innovative social media, and influencer campaigns, email and digital marketing campaigns, and secured media coverage to debut the newly reimagined iconic resort. Launched a new website, optimized e-commerce, and surpassed all KPI goals within the first six months.

Co-produced and art-directed property video including casting talent, wardrobe selection, and styling. 

 Co-conceived/produced launch events to re-introduce the newly renovated Flamingo Resort including aerial performers, activation stations for food and beverage, plus drumming, sound bath, tarot card readings, and a silent disco.

• Surpassed all KPI goals within the first six months.
         • FIRST YEAR: 2021YE room revenue up $2.6m over 2020
         • SECOND YEAR: 2022: Jan. room revenue up $212k YoY;  Feb. room revenue up $308k YoY
               • Grew web bookings to 35% of total reservations
               • Reduced OTA production to less than 25%,
               • Increased web-generated revenue 40%, and raised organic social media impressions by 85%.


• Collaborated with PR agency on media visits, which yielded over 90 earned media placements in 6 months, and social influencer campaigns garnering hundreds of pieces of content and over two thousand new followers on IG and FB.
• Positioned Flamingo Resort to receive first-ever Travel + Leisure World Travel Award nomination within the first year for “Best Hotel in 2021” and again in 2022, and "Best Rad Hotel Design" in 2021 from Sunset Magazine.
