As Marketing + Creative Task Force:
• Designed new dining menus with fresh, whimsical watercolor illustrations for the upscale Belvedere restaurant, and the Al Mare, Amore pop-up dining experience from the Amalfi Coast, Italy.• Developed campaign for month-long Sushi Nakazawa dining pop-up, including PR, email, and social media marketing. The joint collaboration with the Michelin-starred, NYC restaurant sold out in two hours and generated over $700k in room revenue.
• Worked with corporate digital and e-commerce teams in Hong Kong to launch the new Spa & Wellness Center brand initiative, "Life Lived Best." Created collateral with QR Codes to link guests to the on-site digital Wellness Portal offering meditations, in-room fitness routines, chef's plant-based menus, and hotel wellbeing events including sound baths, custom perfume scents with Voyage et Cie, and skin assessments with Biologique Recherche.
• Collaborated with PR team to attract high-profile social media influencers to visit and promote new F&B, spa, and wellbeing experiences.
